Quick guide to Meditation

I think one of the most important habit I’ve formed in the past years is Meditation.

Meditation has helped me to become more calm, open-minded,  focused & less stressed. Before I started meditating, I never thought about what was going on inside my head — “you want me to sit for 10min & try not to think? I’m too busy for that.”

I highly recommend this habit. I promise you will get better with practice. Don’t expect to be good at first & try not to drift off mentally — which you will always do at the beginning!

Here, some tips to help you get started  🌸

.

Whether it’s for 5 or 20 minutes, we should all know to stop at least once a day to think about the things we’re grateful of.

  1. In a time when it seems like being constantly busy is THE thing to gain admiration for, this is such a refreshing reminder. I do have trouble setting aside time to pray and meditate (like you, often thinking that there’s just no time for that), but when I do it, it’s like a breath of fresh air.

Also, your graphics are gorgeous! You really have a talent for art. ^-^
